At Drummia, we believe shipping should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Every order is carefully processed and prepared before leaving our fulfillment network. This page explains how our shipping process works from the moment you place an order until it reaches your doorstep.


Order Processing

All orders are reviewed, verified, and prepared for dispatch before shipment.

Processing time generally ranges from 1 to 3 business days. During periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, holidays, or new product launches, processing may require additional time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next available business day.

Once an order has been prepared and handed to the shipping carrier, it enters the transit stage.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volumes.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 6–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–14 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.


Tracking Information

Customers receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available from the assigned logistics provider.

Tracking updates may require several days before appearing online after shipment.

In some cases, tracking events may temporarily pause while parcels are transferred between international carriers or customs facilities.


Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Drummia does not control customs policies and cannot predict or guarantee specific customs fees.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or transit, address modifications may no longer be possible.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional shipping costs before reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work only with established logistics partners, shipping delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

A shipment may be considered lost only after carrier investigations have been completed and sufficient time has passed according to carrier guidelines.

Drummia cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but later reported as missing, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to verify delivery locations, neighbors, building management, and carrier records before contacting support.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

This approach allows products to ship from the most efficient fulfillment location and can significantly reduce delivery delays.

Receiving one package before another does not indicate a problem with your order.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused, abandoned, or rejected by the recipient, shipping charges, customs fees, handling expenses, and return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Drummia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather events

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Carrier operational issues

  • National holidays

  • Force majeure events

Delivery estimates automatically extend during such circumstances.
